How we do it

    Cleansing, exfoliation, extraction where it is needed, a mask and the massage — every time. If there is not enough time to do all of it properly, we would rather book you another slot than cut a corner.

What people ask us

How long does a facial take?

Around an hour. The Sothys intensive treatments take longer, and we will tell you exactly how long when you book.

Which facial should I choose?

Send us a photo of your skin in daylight on WhatsApp and tell us what bothers you. We will suggest one treatment and tell you what it costs before anything is booked.

How much does a facial cost?

Just ask on WhatsApp, by phone or at the door. We give you a straight figure for the treatment you actually need, and what we quote is what you pay.

When should I have a facial before a wedding or event?

About three weeks before, never the day before. Skin needs time to settle, and it is better for both of us to find out early how yours responds.

Where are you, and do I need an appointment?

We are at 08-01, Jalan Pinang 42, Taman Daya, 81100 Johor Bahru, open every day from 9am to 9pm. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are always seen first.
